Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
2. Answer and transfer phone calls to relevant staff members.
3. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing correspondence.
4. Handle incoming and outgoing letters (DAK) through the E-FOAS system.
5. Maintain office filing and storage systems, both physical and digital.
6. Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines as and when required.
7. Perform data entry, both manually and using computer systems as and when required.
8. Assist in coordinating with management and other departments.
9. Ensure the reception area is presentable and well-organized.
10. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
11. Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned by the management
