Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative support throughout the procurement process, from requisition to delivery.
2. Assist in the preparation of procurement documents including purchase orders, requests for quotations (RFQs), and vendor correspondence.
3. Maintain accurate procurement records and logs, including tracking of purchase requests, orders, deliveries, and payments.
4. Communicate with vendors to gather quotations, confirm orders, and follow up on pending issues.
5. Maintain up-to-date vendor files and documentation.
6. Follow up on delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
7. Coordinate with the finance team on invoice processing and payment tracking.
8. Assist in preparing procurement reports and status updates for management.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned by the management.

Job Responsibilities

Education: 4 years Graduation/Masters in Procurement Management / Contract Management / Business Administration / MBA Supply Chain (16 years of education from HEC recognized institute).

Experience: At least 3 years relevant experience
