Manager Business Development Full Time NEW

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead business development initiatives related to marketing/advertisement on mass transit infrastructures and leasing of spaces.

2. Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

3. Develop and execute business strategies, including partnerships, collaborations, and acquisitions.

4. Prepare detailed business plans, including market analysis, financial projections, and risk assessments.

5. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of business plans.

6. Oversee revenue generation activities and ensure business growth aligns with organizational goals.

7. Monitor international and local market trends and technological advancements to refine business strategies.

8. Prepare reports and analytics on market insights, business performance, and revenue generation for the perusal of top management.

9. Ensure effective management of business data, including HD pictures, videos, drone footages, and animations.

10. Supervise and execute bidding / auction activities to generate revenue based on developed business plans.

11. Perform any other duty assigned by the management.

12. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and other relevant business procedures.

13. Carry out Training Need Assessment w.r.t. the staff under supervision.

14. Monitor, track and maintain complete record of inventories / recoveries w.r.t. the spaces / assets auctioned / rented out for the generation of Non-Fare Revenue of all mass transit system(s). Recommend / propose / implement remedial action(s) / measure(s) in case of an abnormal situation is observed in this regard.

Preferred Candidates

Qualification: MBA/BBA/BS in Business Administration or Marketing or Supply Chain or Finance (16 years education from HEC recognized institute)

Experience: At least 8 years (post qualification relevant experience)
