The Military Lands & Cantonments Department (ML&C), working under the Ministry of Defence, is inviting applications from capable and detail-oriented candidates for the position of Upper Division Clerk (UDC – BS-13). This is a regular government position with the potential for long-term career growth, transferable across various cantonment boards in Pakistan.
As a UDC, you will be responsible for handling important administrative and clerical functions, including file management, drafting correspondence, maintaining official records, typing reports, and assisting in the daily operations of the department. The role requires excellent organizational skills, a strong command of written communication, and proficiency in basic computer applications.
To qualify, candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s degree (Grade-C) from an HEC-recognized university, a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute, and a recognized MS Office certificate (minimum 3 months). Preference will be given to applicants with 3 or more years of relevant administrative experience. Shortlisted candidates will undergo a departmental test and interview.
